  Deqing, a pearl in Jiaxing-Hangzhou plain, is a city of 11 counties in the hinterland of Yangtze River Delta, joining Hangzhou to the south , Shanghai to the east , with a coverage of 936square kilometers and a population of 430,000.

 At present, Deqing has been an inseparable part of the construction of Hangzhou 's satellite industry bases and Yangtze River Delta economic circle, and a backup city for absorbing the spread of industry and transfer from Hangzhou .
